Our Attorney

Justin G. McGee, Esq.

Justin McGee is a lifelong Texan and has lived, studied, and worked in the Greater Houston area for most of his life.

Before starting his own firm, Mr. McGee served as in-house counsel for a publicly-traded, non-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that controlled over $500 million in assets. Mr. McGee has also worked for local law firms, namely the firm formerly known as Barber-Jackson, PLLC and Holmes Law, PLLC.

Justin earned his J.D. at South Texas College of Law-Houston, and attained both his Master's of Applied Economics degree and Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Houston.

Mr. McGee is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, and is admitted to practice in the Federal Southern District of Texas. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas and is the principal of McGee Capital Investments, PLLC.

Outside the office and courtroom, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and son and enjoying the great outdoors.
